Fishing Experience in Mongolia

Description: Fishing in Mongolia is a wonderful experience. We have over 4000 rivers and more than 30 lakes - all totally unpolluted, and a fabulous place to catch a wide variety of fish. Taimen, the largest fish in the salmon family, is a real challenge to catch – try your luck on this tour! The average Taimen is around 33 inches and weighs roughly 10 pounds, however, there will be multiple chances every day to try catching fish over 50 inches. Siberian White Fish, Siberian Grayling, Lenok, Umber, Baikal, Omul and River Perch are among the other varieties you will catch among the spectacular scenery of Mongolia 's exotic nature. The fishing season starts from 15th August.

Itinerary

Day 1	Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, You will be greeted at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Relax in the morning and after lunch short sightseeing. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2	After breakfast, we will have a full day drive to Onon river, Khentii Province- eastern region of Mongolia which will be quite exciting with exploration of attractive landscape composing of mountains, forest, grassland and rivers. Overnight in tourist camp at Binder town near Onon River.

Day 3	Drive about 50 km along to Onon River and fishing at confluence of Onon and Barkh River. Onon River is one of the biggest rivers abundant with fishes. It begins from Khan Khentii Mountain range and flows 800 km on Mongolian territories and flows into Shilha River, one of the biggest rivers in Eurasia. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight in tourist camp.

Day 4	After breakfast we will drive about 60-100 kms. We located in bank of Balj River near Dadal town - which flows into Onon river. Overnight in the fishing tent camp.

Day 5-6	2 full days fishing in river Balj River. Great chance for Fisherman. Here is you can do midnight Taimen fishing when taimen hunting mouse in the night. If there is no moon you have great chance of night fishing experience where only you could do Mongolia. Overnight at tent camp.

Day 7	Early morning drive back to tourist camp for relaxing. Overnight at GER camp

Day 8	Reserve day for fishing due to weather condition. Overnight at tourist camp at Binder town.

Day 9	After breakfast, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Check in hotel. Farewell dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 10	Morning Check out hotel, transfer to the airport. Departure
