Mountain ski tour in Tavan Bogd

Description: Mountain ski tour is the one of the highlighted adventure from Battour travel agency. The tour offers opportunity to challenge you with highest peaks of Mongolia Huiten and Malchin mountains of Altai Range. You will climb to the peaks and ski down it is the real adventure. The good time to do this adventure is end of the March, less cold and still snowy. And also professional experts of our agency take care of your safety and security during the trip.

Itinerary

Day 1	Arrival at Chinggis Khan International Airport, transfer to hotel* Breakfast at hotel if not provided key of the room city tour will be start After lunch starting city tour: Visit main square Sukhbaatar, Chinggis khan monuments, Natural Historical Museum and Zaisan Hill for panoramic view of Ulaanbaatar city. Evening see Mongolian folklore performance. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2	Early Morning, transfer to airport and take flight to Ulgii town the center of Bayan-Ulgii province. Arrive in Ulgii town. Drive to Continues to Tavan Bogd Mountain through Ulaan Khus village. On the way we will have lunch. Arrive at Base camp in National Park entrance gate. Driving on dust road about 200 kms. At the evening, relax in beautiful nature. Overnight at tent.

Day 3	From this point we will leave our vehicle and walk to camp-1 about 17 km (Depend on snowy). Luggage will carry by camel or horse. On the way we are pass two mountain passes. Arrive at camp-1 in Botanin Glacier and set up tent. The Botanin Glacier is 25 km long and the 4th longest Glacier in the world. In the evening. Overnight at tent.

Day 4 - 7	These days we are skiing in the Tavan Bogd Mountain. We could make an soft ski from the Malchin Peak (4037m.) after we are ski from Khuiten peak. Last day we return to Base camp. Overnight at tent camp.

Day 8	Morning we drive back to Ulgii. Upon arrival transfer to local hotel. In the afternoon, it is possible to walk in the town visiting a local museum, post office to email or call and a craft shop to buy some presents for your return home. Dinner and overnight at local hotel.

Day 9	In the morning we’ll catch our return flight to Ulaanbaatar. We arrive in city and have lunch. Afternoon relax and visit shopping centre. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10	Check out hotel and transfer to airport for departure. End of the tour.
