Stop Overs

The Park is situated about 70 km to the northeast of Ulaanbaatar, and is a very popular area for tourists. It takes about an hour and half drive from Ulaanbaatar to get there. The park lies at 1600 meters high and offers great opportunities for hiking, horse-riding, and rock climbing

SO'1' Terelj

Drive to Terelj National Park. In the way stop on Terelj Ovoo pile of rocks that on the mountain pass. It is related to shamanism’s tradition to protect natural spirits. Tour continues to cave and arrive at tourist GER camp. After lunch Horse riding to Turtle Rock, Aryabal meditation temple and back to GER. Short hike to the mountain see picturesque scenery of National Park. In the evening return to Ulaanbaatar.

SO'2' Terelj

Day 1. Terelj National Park. Drive to Terelj National Park. In the way stop on Terelj Ovoo pile of rocks that on the mountain pass. It is related to shamanism’s tradition to protect natural spirits. Tour continues to cave and arrive at tourist GER camp. After lunch Horse riding to Turtle Rock, Aryabal meditation temple and back to GER. Short hike to the mountain see picturesque scenery of National Park. In the evening return to Ulaanbaatar. Overnight at GER camp (Mongolian traditional felt camp).

Day 2. In search of Rock formations. Horse riding is recommended. After lunch, it is time to find your favorite formations. Terelj National park is famous by its massive rocks. There are many rocks formations such as eagle, lion, lying dinosaur, dog, etc. In the evening return to Ulaanbaatar. End of the tour.

SO'1' Manzushir

Manzushir monastery takes an important place of the Mongolian Buddhism history. The monastery was built in 1733 after a significant religious ceremony held in the valley to worship earthly relations of Manzshir, the Buddha of Wisdom. Location of the monastery is southern valley of Bogd Khaan Mountain, 50km from UB.
Beside interesting stories you may enjoy natural beauty of the Bogd Khaan Mountain.

SO'1' Khustai

Drive to Khustai National park. Khustai National park was established in 1993 to conserve biodiversity and facilitate the re-introduction to the wild ass or known as Przewalski horse (Takhi). The Takhi is the endemic grand parent of the Mongol horse. See the wild horses. Also you can see the small sand dune Moltsog els or known as Sand Hill. Return to Ulaanbaatar city. End of the tour.

SO'1' 13TH CENTURY COMPLEX

Golden whip Chinggis Khaan statue complex started to construct for 800th anniversary of Mongolian Empire. The statue in total is 40m high from surface erected at about 10 m high foundation and surrounded by columns. Far sighted Chinggis Khaan holds a golden whip in his right hand. Visitors will ascend to the exhibition hall using elevator at the back of the horse. The visitors will walk to the head of the horse through chest and back neck of the horse, where they can have farseeing and good panorama view over the complex area. In the 13th century complex you may feel yourself exploring ancient Mongolia. The entire complex aimed to show ancient tribe structure and their culture and lifestyle

At 90.30a.m drive to the Golden whip Chinggis Khaan statue complex. An hour stops for see statue and keep drive to the 13th century complex. Lunch at the complex. At 5p.m drive back Ulaanbaatar.
